Whew! What A Weekend!! Packing and moving ALL day Friday and Saturday was just about too much for this girl to handle! And We STILL Aren’t Finished!! Y’all, how do we accumulate soo much stuff?! I am trying to downsize as I go but it’s a real process!!
We’ll get there… now it may be a month from now -but we will get there!!

Jumpsuits are so on trend this season and I knew I had to have THIS ONE the minute I tried it on! I love the stripes – navy & white is always good – and the cut of this one-piece-wonder is fabulous!
I am always looking for pieces that are just a bit unique and I love the tuck this one has on the top! Such a cute design!!
And how adorable is this look?! These pants are such a nice fit – with just enough stretch to keep their shape all day long! And can we talk about that adorable ruffle hem?!! I LOVE!!
This top is one of my favorites – I love this shade of blue and the nautical vibe these bold stripes deliver! The tie at the waist helps me create a nice silhouette and the hi-lo cut covers most of my imperfections!! Ya gotta love that!!

Inspiration For The Heart~
Since we are in the process of moving, I’ve been thinking a lot about change. For us, this change is a good one and one I am grateful for. Our new house already feels like home – although most of our belongings are still tucked away in a million boxes.
The bottom line is that the THINGS in all those boxes just really don’t mean anything. They aren’t linked in any way to what makes our house a HOME.
We’ve only slept in the new place three nights as a family. In that short time, we’ve already shared a few tears and lots & lots of laughter! We began making memories the moment we walked through the front door.
We each KNOW, without a shadow of a doubt, that this little spot and the people within is our very own safe haven. That special place where love abounds, burdens are lifted and peace resides.
There is NOTHING packed inside any of those boxes that could ever compare. True happiness always starts and ends with God and the family and friends He so graciously blesses us with!
Knowing that truth helps me stress less about getting unpacked and focus more on these precious moments that can quickly slip away unnoticed. So often the biggest blessings are the ones we are so careless with – but oh-my-goodness, we are so sure to safely pack our fine china, aren’t we?!!
My goal, as I settle into my new digs, is to live in the moment more with the ones I love most. To seize every moment, treating it as if it were my last! Cancer woke me up just a little more and I Just REFUSE to slip back into the norm! Nope, the norm just isn’t good enough for those who mean so much to me.
So, as we eat take-out off cheap paper plates and dig around box-to-box in search of the laundry detergent – I can’t help but smile. I’ve been through rough waters with this, my wonderful family and as long as they’re here, this house is already HOME♥️
