Oh My Goodness Y’all, It’s Finally Officially Fall!
Our cooler weather has me thinking pumpkins, s’mores and all the fabulous Fashion that Autumn ushers in!!
Today I am especially excited as Suzanne from Crazy Blonde Life and I begin our new Fall Fashion Guide series! For me personally, Fall Fashion immediately brings to mind amazing layers and there’s nothing I love more than incorporating beautiful jackets and blazers! I’m sharing a few of my favorites below – all very different but each elevating the look. I hope y’all love them as much as I do!
Double-Breasted Navy Blazer
This Double-Breasted Navy Blazer is a new purchase for me and I LOVE It! Navy is such a classic and will always be in style.

Pairing Navy with white just feels right, doesn’t it?! And yes, I AM Wearing White After Labor Day – GASP! In my mind, those old rules simply don’t apply but if you’re still hanging on to that one, it’s quite alright! I’ve linked some fabulous Silk IVORY Joggers and Off-White Jeans that will give the same effect without the angst! You could also pair this gorgeous jacket with your favorite denim, patterned pants and pleated or pencil skirt! You simply can’t go wrong with this classic!!

Y’all there are few things I love more than a classic boucle/tweed jacket! Pearls are perfection for this timeless jacket – they are simple but my very favorite. The light color still carries the flavor of soft summer but the weight of this one is perfect for cooler mornings or the brisk evening air. I have had this jacket for YEARS and it’s one I can’t see parting with anytime soon. It’s seen dressier times but is still the best compliment to even a basic pair of jeans! This tweed is similar and I love the longer length! These deeper colors prove that brighter hues can join in the fun through every season!! Yep – These staples take any look to the Next Level! You just can’t beat Coco’s signature statement piece!

Single Breasted Blazer
Last but not least is this single breasted blazer I purchased last year. I loved the royal blue and knew I would pair it with black, black and more black! Here I’ve taken one of my favorite summer jumpsuits and walked it right into Fall, spaghetti straps and all! It’s amazing what a simple blazer can do…. another reason I just love these pieces!

It’s True – Blazers and jackets can single-handedly transform a basic ensemble, stretching your closet from season to season while creating a style that is all yours with little thought or expense! Easy Fall Fabulous!!

Beauty Begins Within:
I heard something so good this weekend… It all began with this verse:
John 4:10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.”
This passage is speaking about the Woman At The Well- Jesus had asked her for water. And He was basically telling her… -Hey lady, If you truly REALIZED WHO You’re Talking To and The Power Within Me – you’d have responded differently!
Isn’t that just the way it is with us?! If we TRULY Had A Grasp of WHO Jesus is, we would speak and live so differently!! We wouldn’t walk in such fear… We wouldn’t worry…. We would understand that Our Source is our Creator. He controls it all, sometimes we treat that as if it means nothing. So next time you find yourself filled with Anxiety and What Ifs… think of this, “What if I took this problem to a God who loves me, hears me and moves on my behalf – then trust that He will do what He promises to do….” I believe we would walk differently if we TRULY understood that those verses in the Bible aren’t just words ~ They Are The Very Promises Of God. It’s up to us to see them, believe them and trust God at His word. Yep – at 54, I’m finally finding He means what He says and He does what He promised.
