Meet Barb

I began this blog just weeks before I turned 50! I had absolutely NO IDEA what I was doing or where it was going!

What I did know is that I wanted to encourage women of every age to BE The Very Best Version of Themselves! To feel excited about the season they were in and to realize that they can always add another page to their amazing story!

Three years later and the goal is still the same…. I want to be the reminder that God has more for you! Health, beauty and fashion is just the start~ being at your Best always begins from the inside out! Let’s travel this road together as we continue to find Joy In The Journey!
