Happy Thursday Pretty Friends!

This week has flown by for me and I am NOT one bit mad about it!!

Charlotte is “stay in place” until April 30 – but honestly friends I really wouldn’t be surprised if they extended the order. I am trying to be optimistic but I’m also a realist… I think life is improving overall but it is a slow process.

I am happy to see most doing their part in social distancing – seems crazzzy for that term to be so common now, doesn’t it?! But I think we still have a ways to go.

That being said, I decided to Count My Blessings – literally – this morning. We ALL have so much to be grateful for and it is so easy to lose sight of that as we swim in a sea of inconveniences and uncertainty.

As I sat quietly this morning, though, my mind was flooded with all I have to be thankful for and I’m sure you do too! Here are just a few that immediately came to mind:

My God who lives, is always with me and answers prayer.

My Children – Meggie & Landon. They are not only wonderful children but amazing people.

My Extended Family ~ Especially the ones who continually “check-in” and have been there loving me since this cancer journey began.

Wonderful Friends. So many that are just like family.

My Home. A haven where love abounds.

My Health. Cancer free and continued strength to keep fighting!

My Friends On Social Media. I am so blessed by my online community of wonderful friends.

I encourage you to sit down in a quiet moment and make your own list. I promise you it will give you a brand new perspective and a fresh insight on the life you’re currently living!!
