A sweet Instagram friend sent me this question yesterday and It immediately struck a chord.  She said, “I’m so glad you have SO many people showing how much we care. Is that odd to hear from someone you don’t even know?”

It only took two seconds to respond.  Is it strange??  Absolutely.  But in the very best way♥️

It‘s actually crazy – I would have never thought that so many people I’ve never met could mean so very much in my day to day walk – especially at such a serious time in my life.   If life ever gets real, it’s when you have cancer.  And these people that I don’t know are REAL.  REAL Friends Praying REAL Prayers And Sending REAL Love.

On the hard days I read and re-read comments and messages from hundreds of people – some of whom don’t even know my last name – Yet strength comes and joy rises.  Love just doesn’t care about the name tag.

So is it strange? Maybe. But I feel like it’s a spiritual connection and that has nothing to do with “physically knowing” them.  Love just connects you and God uses it for you both.  

It’s been one of the gifts I am most grateful for on this journey.   God never fails to show up in unexpected ways and I continue to see Him through the love of so many.

He reminds me He is close by using people ~ some near and some far –  sharing His love that can move a mountain.  I am So thankful for you all.
