Can y’all believe it – almost made it to the weekend and I am SO ready!!
AND May is finally here – spring has actually sprung for most of us!
That’s certainly the case here in the Carolinas – our temps are up (86 today!) and there’s pollen on pollen!
I am so excited to introduce a few AMAZING Women to you today as the ladies of
4ForFashion make their debut!!
We are so fortunate to have many fashion options locally here in the Queen City and I’m happy to partner with these Beauties each month as we share some of our Fashion Favorites in and around Charlotte!

Rachel Brown (Instagram @queencitychic), a Charlotte native like me, is just as sweet as she looks! And at only 26, this one exudes a kind confidence that many never find as she wears a constant smile in some of the cutest outfits around. Oh, and did I mention she has the cutest Doodle in town?!! Rachel’s Blog is currently under renovation and will be available in just a couple weeks!!
Lauren Merola (Instagram @laurenmerola), a former NFL and NBA cheerleader, began in Miami and found her way to Charlotte in 2012. She’s currently a co-host of The MRL Morning Show (can you say up at the break of day?!) which is fabulous except for the fact that radio hides that pretty face! Laura Long (Instagram @smartsouthernstyle), originally from Atlanta, has called Charlotte home for over 20 years. And then there’s me – a Charlottean born and raised. 50+ and still learning to embrace life AFTER raising two amazing children… the nest is empty so I’m filling it with more clothes! (haha – no really tho!! :))

I love that there’s something new every time I walk in the door (they get new inventory several times a week).
Their amazing selection and variety of styles makes this the perfect one-stop-shop – not to mention great prices and a sales staff that is second to none – always friendly and helpful, these ladies just add to the shopping pleasure!

I just love all the pretty prints – florals til my heart’s content!! And fabulous denim pieces are always in abundance! I was actually surprised, though, to find SO Many Spring Dresses! Y’all know I am such a dress-girl and I was in heaven pouring through their huge dress selection!
Lizard Thicket has it all and the ladies and I had so much fun as we found pieces that spoke to our individual styles! Laura (@smartsouthernstyle) is all smiles in this pretty embroidered dress and rightfully so! It’s the perfect nod to Spring and don’t you just love her bow-kissed espadrilles!!
To say I love this kimono is a huge understatement! Pairing it with stripes is such a fun way to go – easy styling that comes off looking like you’re a print mixing magician!
