Chico’s has been serving great fashions to women for over 30 years.

What began as a small boutique on Sanibel Island, FL, has evolved into 700+ boutiques nationwide and a major presence in fashion for women of all ages.  Always staying true to their artisan roots, their one-of-a-kind designs never disappoint – the fit is amazing and even their basics offer a touch of Chico’s flair.

And don’t get me started on their accessory line . . . JEWELRY THAT SPEAKS – Fabulous STATEMENT PIECES that all SAY the exact same thing, “I Am a Piece of Art! And The Game Changer For Any Look!!” –   I literally want every piece I see!

 

 

 

 

 

While I do absolutely love the style options this brand offers, my favorite thing about Chico’s is their love for women!  They understood the need to celebrate women in midlife and found an avenue to help us celebrate ourselves . . . guiding us down a stylish path because they understand that being the best version of you is just So Very Empowering!  Proving that same theory with their strong support of The Fierce 50 Campaign which was launched in February of this year!  (See previous post)

 

 

They were immediately on-board, welcoming the opportunity to include the women of #thefierce50 in upcoming Chico’s promotions, including The Best Friends And Fashion Style Event which I was fortunate to be a part of!!

 

 

 

This was an in-store event, a party of sorts, celebrating friends, fashion and a whole lotta fun!  The adventure began for me a few days prior to the March 23^rd  Celebration, as I was asked to come in to be styled for the event.  The store was bustling with customers (it was just after Noon and y’all know how women love lunch hour shopping!) and the first thing I noticed was that many of the sales associates were speaking to customers on a first name basis . . . they knew these women.  They really were Girlfriends and they knew what their friends were shopping for!

Mona, the Store Manager at Chico’s SouthPark, and Jessica, Asst. Manager, extended a warm welcome, made sure I felt at home and introduced me to their amazing Sales Team.  As I began grabbing pieces for my try-on, Kathy immediately began pulling additions and selecting the perfect accessories to complete my look – I would say I received VIP treatment but I’ll raise the bar even higher to say I was given Exceptional Service Chico’s Style!

This Chico’s Team knows their line so well and they immediately read into the customer’s style – offering tips and pieces that are perfectly in line with what you’re searching for to give your look that flawless finishing touch!!

I was so excited with the outfit I chose and one of my favorite things about it was these awesome Destructed Girlfriend Ankle Jeans (white) I was taking home!  I love the look of distressed jeans – they’re a little edgy and just so current – and Chico’s has done us such a favor with the fit in their line of denim!!  I’m curvy and these jeans are fabulous!!   I also love that their distressed styles Show No Skin (can you say Caspar The Ghost!??)!   Chico’s distressed designs include a “patch” behind the distressed area of their jeans, so you can wear the most current trend and still remain age appropriate . . .   I Love It!!!

The evening of the event was absolutely a Style Party!   The whole Chico’s Crew was there, along with their amazing District Manager, Sandy.  These women are absolutely wonderful!  I SO enjoyed their company and getting to know their customers as we all enjoyed the evening together!!  I felt so Glamorous in this gorgeous pink Layering Sweater Tank and Convertible Cardigan combo I’d chosen from their Line (which, by the way, is The MOST Comfortable piece of Fabulousness you’ll ever wear!!).  And I was feeling a hint of a Royalty Vibe  –Can you see an Egyptian Princess or is that just me???!!–  while wearing this amazing gold Laurel Bib Necklace!

 

 

The Leopard Lounge was party ready with offerings from Nothing Bundt Cakes (Yay for cake!!), some great tips from a local Make-up Artist and skin care guidance from Rodan & Fields!  And Of Course There Was SHOPPING as we Celebrated Chico’s Style and enjoyed a Store-Wide 25% Discount!  SouthPark Chico’s made me feel such a part of their Team – their standard of service is beyond compare and I was so honored to join them as we shared the love of fashion with all our Girlfriends!  Chico’s, You Sure Know How To Throw A PARTY!

 

 

It wouldn’t be a party without MY Girlfriends!!  Renee, Monica, Kathy and Sherri came out for “just one bite” of cake . . . and a little Chico’s shopping!
